On September 16, 2017, the family of Terence T. Crutcher will be holding a Memorial Gala to officially launch the Terence Crutcher Foundation. The theme for the event will be “From Pain to Purpose”. This day will commemorate the one year anniversary of the shooting & killing of Terence Crutcher by Tulsa, OK police officer Betty Shelby. Although we are still hurting, we know that God works incredible good out of unspeakable tragedy. We believe that our foundation can be a part of the change that our community desires to see. The Gala will be held at the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame in Tulsa, OK beginning at 6 o’clock in the evening with a social hour, silent auction, and photoshoot. The actual dinner and program will begin at 7 o’clock in the evening.
